Mobile phone operator T-Mobile has created a new channel to be launched on YouTube, which is designed for users struggling with its Google Android phone, G1.
T-Mobile are so concerned that customers will not understand how to use the new Google Android handset, the G1, that they have launched a purpose built YouTube channel to offer guidance. The channel has a dedicated T-Mobile team on hand to answer any questions posted by customers, and will also be updating content with short video clips, blogs, tips and tricks.
The BBC has said it believes Nokia’s 5800 XpressMusic and T-Mobile’s Google Android handsets are likely to remain strong within the mobile market, despite the current recession. Speaking via the BBC website, the broadcaster cited the unique selling points of both handsets as the main reason for its predictions, as it believes this will make them hugely popular.
